Hi all,
I have an event happening on Friday (two days from now). I'm pouring beer in this event, but was requested to have a non alcoholic carbonated drink. First thing came to my mind is making 5 gallons of ready minute made lemonade and force carbonating it in a keg. What I need help with is:
1- I do not know if Co2 do easily disolve in water or lemonade, if so what pressure do I need to put the keg under to achieve good carbonation for lemonade.
2- What is the Co2 level I need for Lemonade?
3- Using the standard technique of shaking / rolling the keg while it is under pressure do you think Ill get the lemonade carbonated in two days?
Thanks
