I saw a question similar to this lower in the forum, but mine is slightly different. I have a lager that has been in the fridge at 36 degrees for 6 weeks. OG = 1.050, Current Gravity = 1.011. You guys think theres any need to add a little yeast with the priming sugar to make sure I get carbonation?

hey guys,
if you are doing a lager, you move to secondary and then put it in a cool spot THEN add priming sugar and bottle? or do you bottle before you put them in the cool spot?

you can do it either way.

bulk lager in secondary, then bottle (and add priming sugar)

or you can lager in the bottle, right after primary.
