Here's a picture of my first all grain in the kettle with a faulty propane burner putting out soot like a steam train! It took hours to clean up all the black soot from the garage, clothes, kitchen floor, my face, hands and equipment. Never again. I tried cleaning the burner but had no luck. It just wouldn't burn right. I now own a Banjo burner and it puts out nothing but hot blue flames! Thought about calling the brew "Soot the F@#k up ESB" Or Carb day ESB.
