I've been trying to have my dad over for a brew day forever and tild him we would brew something he would like. He is a pretty big pilsner fan, and loves Canadian style pilsners, and I had him try a Czech style pilsner this weekend that he enjoyed. So with that said... any good Canadian Pils recipes out there?

Check out the Classic American pils in my recipes (under my avatar). Going from taste memory of Canadian beers, I said rather than using 1.5 lbs of corn, split it 50:50 with rice
