I had a brew in primary for 2 weeks then went to secondary. I went on holiday and couldn't get it bottled before.

I ended up bottling it a month later. Will there still be yeast to carbonate?

You really only have to worry when you filter or cross into looooong term storage (~12 months). A month (or 6 weeks, not sure from how you wrote) is about how long a decent number here primary alone!

That's good to know. It was a month. Been bottled for 10 days now. I'll crack one open tomorrow :)
