My brother just did a brew and wasn't thinking and only bought one wlp002 yeast thing. I do have a safale us-04 in my fridge also. Can I pitch both ans will it taste much diff? They are both english ale yeast strains. What do you think?
O.G. is 1.071

Thanks!

They're the same strain, so yes. I don't even use 002 anymore. It's just so much easier to pitch a pack of 04 and not have to deal with a starter. Same goes for 05, but I have to use liquid for the Belgians.
