Just listened to the 7-30-12 CYBI show, wrote out the recipe. Thank you, Brewing Network!

6 gallon batch, 70% efficiency

OG 12.5 Plato, 1.050
FG 2.7 Plato, 1.010
IBU 30 Rager
Color 3.6 Morey

Weyerman Pale Malt - 5.24 kg 96.3%
Weyerman carafoam - 30 gram 0.5%
Weyerman acidulated malt - 180 gram 3.3%

Single infusion mash at 153F for 60 minutes

Bittering - Magnum 30 IBU 13.4% AA @ 60 minutes
Whirlpool - Cascade 12 grams 6.4% AA
Galaxy 19 grams 13% AA
Willamette 7 grams 4.6% AA
Dry Hop - Cascade, Liberty, Willamette - 12 grams each, 4 days

Wyeast 1056 American Ale at 68F

Water - carbon filtered, no additions

Carbonate to 2.6 volumes.
 
This is on my to brew list after listening to the podcast. I have done a few batches of Solidarity based on the CYBI recipe, great beer. It has pretty much become a house recipe.

It's been a while since I listened to this podcast but I'm pretty sure the carafoam and acidulated malt amounts should be switched. I think it's 30g acidulated and 180g carafoam. Maybe someone can confirm.

You are correct, the acidulated malt ratio to carafoam was 1:6.5
