Can too much headspace in the fermenter be a problem for a healthy fermentation?

I have 60 litres fermenters and I don't want to make 45/50 litres batches everytime.

I read that the headspace in fermenter is good to provide oxygen to yeast in lag phase and I therefore would like to know if it can ever be a problem for yeast if I ferment 20 litres in my 60 litres fermenter?

If It is not a problem, can it be better for the yeast comparing to fermenting 50 litres in that same vessel?

I know it is not efficient but I don't want to buy too many containers if it would be good as well in my 60 L fermenters.

Nope. Shouldn't pose a problem. Once fermenation starts CO2 will quickly push the excess O2 out.
