me and my friend were brewing for the first time in over a year and we put to litle sugar in the beer (500gr) and that was a couple of days ago is there something i can do

im using the coopers lager beer kit and the only thing that went wrong is that we put 500gr of sugar instead of 1kg (dont ask how we managed that)

A little corn sugar shouldn't be a big deal, those kits typically have you add the sugar just for a little alcohol boost, which may compromise the quality of the beer. You may have done yourself a favor.

Yes but I'd go buy more malt and add that instead.

Off the top of my head 500g of sugar in 5 gallon of beer will equate to very roughly around 1% ABV.
Thats if the ppg of 1lb of sugar is 1040 (I don't us it and I'm to lazy to look it up)
