Im making a Cyser with some s-05 slurry from a Pale Ale.
2 gallons apple juice, 2 lbs honey.
i dont have any nutrients on hand like DAP but have bread yeast, some old yeast cake, or this stuff...id just boil any, all of them up in a little water and add it to the fermenter.

OR does the apple juice have enough nutrients along with whatever is in the slurry (i didnt wash it, so some hops n other sludge will be in it)

Any should be fine. AFAIK, most yeast nutrients are mostly just dead yeast.
