Can I reuse yeast slurry and a new vile together/combined?

I'm wondering about this. Using Cali Ale liquid yeast packs plus a slurry from the same strain (a week old)

Using mr malty for calculating yeast starter i am looking a little under pitch for my next beer.

I have have a little yeast slurry from the same strain and combined with the brand new liquid yeast packs it should be enough. Would there be anything wrong doing that? Hope this makes sense.
