Hi Guys,

I'm a total newbie here on my first brew so go gentle

I've got my brew into the pressure barrel where it's been for about 3 weeks... I've been drinking it for a few days out of the tap and it tastes ok (not spectacular but hey, can work on that). Is it now to late to bottle it? If not how do I do it? Can I bottle straight out of the tap? It's a bitter so no worries about losing carbonation! (I have a bottle capper and tons of sterilised bottles...)

Thanks for your help!
