I canned my batch of cider in mason jars , I then put them in the fridge to clear them up and compact the yeast cake at the bottom . Will my cider age in the fridge or must I take it out of he fridge to age

I've aged my Apfelwein in kegs in my keezer at 38 degrees. At 8 months, there is a huge difference in apple flavor and it's very smooth & crisp.

I have also aged at room temp too. Either way works for me.
