so i have read over lots of thread on this forum and looked up recipies on various websites and one thing that seems to vary is when to add campden. Some sites say to add after secondary fermentation before first racking, others say wait until a few days before bottleing and use with sorbate, and others say to add sorbate when stabalizing then wait a day or two then add your campden immediately before bottleing. i am using the standard welch's recipie (Yooper's post in the recipie forum), any advice on when to add the campden?
