Calicraft Oaktown Brown

Anybody have a decent allgrain clone recipe for the Oaktown Brown? I love this beer and want to try to replicate it.

2 row (maybe Maris Otter instead?)
Crystal 40-60
Roasted barley?
Honey malt?
Chocolate malt
Cascade hops
Some English ale yeast that provides some fruity esters
Oak chips (I read somewhere that they use American, Hungarian, and French oak)

Thoughts?
