I have been trying to put together a Caldera IPA clone as well and I was wondering how close you came to the actual brew itself with this recipe?

Not sure why I never saw this. The beer is the only one I brew over and over again. I have never tried them side by side but this will get you very close!

Replying to an old thread but this recipe deserves some props.

I brewed this recipe (2.5 gallon BIAB with s-05 yeast) on Easter weekend. Did a side-by-side last night...it is damn close! Slightly darker than the original. Mouth feel is a touch thin and there is a faint aftertaste. Probably pull back the crystal a tad and use a starter with 1056 the next time. There will be a next time!
