I found a place here that sells Calcium Chloride in bulk...25kg, hoping to see if they will sell me alot less, like a lb, I havent found Gypsum yet.
For my IPA, pale ale and summer wheat ale is it worth adding this without Gypsum? So far my understanding is that Gypsum will help out the bitterness and hop profile and Calcium Chloride the maltiness/fuller flavor. I like hop forward Pales and IPAs, so just wondering if it would be worth adding some or sticking with straight RO until I found gypsum too.

anything else i should look into adding to the mash?
They sell Lactic acid too if i need to mess with my pH levels.
