C02 Supply question

I inherited a 20lb C02 tank and a dual regulator set up from a friend. I built a keezer and I have to feed to air distributors (2 and a 4). Each has a barb fitting on the supply side. So now my question. What do I need to connect to the regulator and feed my distribution? I looked at the local Home Depot but couldn't find anything. I know I need hose (5/16th ID) but what fitting do I need for the regulators and where can I source it?

Make sure you buy one correctly sized to thread into the regulator.
