This is what I received from Deschutes when asking about their buzzsaw brown. Any help with amounts would be wonderful. I am going to try a partial mash maybe.


Specifics:

Recipe type: All grain
Batch size: 5 U.S. gallons
Original gravity: 1.051-1.056
Final gravity: 1.014-1.017
Boil time: 90 minutes
Fermentation temp: 62° F
Yeast type: English Ale
30 IBU’s

Malt: Hops:
NW 2-row Pale Malt Styrian Goldings
Wheat Malt Northern Brewer
Biscuit Malt US Goldings
Crystal 135 Malt East Kent Goldings
Aromatic Malt
Munich Malt
