Buying kegging system, questions

I am going to buy a kegging system. I have been looking at this one from kegconnection:

Upgraded to the dual tap:

What is the difference between the above system and this one?

I notice the regulators are different, correct? One looks like what they call the chudnow, and the more expensive system has the taprite. Is this the only difference and is it worth the extra money?

Also, I like the kegs from kegglebrewing here:

Since they are already cleaned once and have the o-rings replaced, with shipping their price is at $101, which is the same as anywhere else.

I noticed kegconnection has a free shipping promotion going on, anyone know of any other sites offering a good enough discount to order from them instead?

the only difference I see is a different brand of regulator but if you are upgrading the reg. then there is no difference. Don't know if it's worth the money.

I buy kegs at my LHBS for about $45 each. Much cheaper than online.

Check morebeer. They give free shipping after like $60. The prices are probably similar.

I asked the same question a while back and was told the only difference between the regulators is that the less expensive one you have to adjust with a screw driver, where as the more expensive one has an actual knob.

When I upgrade it will still be to either a Chudnow or taprite dual regulator, depends on what system I get. So is that really the only difference? How they are adjusted? Nothing in reliability, etc.
And the kegs from kegglebrewing are $79 for two with $20 shipping, so $100 total, and I don't know of any local places to get them, let alone where they are cleaned and everything kegglebrewing does.
