So, I'm in the process of designing my two tier brew stand with a buddy of mine. We're looking at various burners and wondering if anyone has pros/cons of the following options:

Banjo Burner:

Wok Burner:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B007KPUZOO/?tag=skimlinks_replacement-20

Now, before it gets pointed out, I know that the banjo burner has a higher BTU output. We're looking to boil 10 gallons in a keggle and based on my reading, either burner can do that quite handily. It would appear like the wok burner would offer more balanced heat and possibly be easier to light all at once as the jets point all around.

Any input or help is appreciated.

I would stick with the Banjo Burner as I think that the Wok Burner's flames should be a bit taller to burn up and around the Wok. I have no experience with this, but that's what it looks like.

Besides, more power means faster boil, less time.
