Hello everyone. New to the forums here but have a question I hope you all can answer. I got a Bayou Classic burner/kettle kit for Christmas(see link below). I got a free DarkStar 2.0 burner from Northern Brewer with my recent purchase. Should I sell the DarkStar 2.0 or return the Bayou Classic kit and get a larger (10 or 12 gallon) Kettle? I guess my question is which is a better burner?
