Bulk hops?

If you were buying bulk hops, what kinds would you get?

choices are....

Brewers gold, Cluster, US fuggles, Nugget, Crystal, Horizon, Liberty, Vanguard, Cascade, Amarillo. Willamete, Sterling, Ahtanum, Hallertau.

Depends entirely on what you like to brew!

I get all weak in the knees for English/Irish/Scottish ales, so I always have Goldings, Fuggles, Williamette and other English varieties on hand.

For American styles, Cascade and Centennial.

For Belgians, Hallertau and Tettanger.

Of course, this is only from my perspective and recalling from memory what I have in the freezer.

Magnum and Cascade for me. But I like IPA's so I use a lot of hops for them.

I tend to go dark.. but I do love my bitter!

amarillo for american pales, fuggle or willamette for bitters, hallertau for many other beers.

I'd get some Cascades and Amarillos for sure, and then some Fuggles at a minimum.

Guess it all depends on what you brew and drink.
