Bulk Grain in CO

Hello all,

First off, I just wanted to say thanks for having me here. I'm new to Colorado (Fort Collins) and am still feeling my way around the homebrew scene. Joined your forum a bit back and I thought I'd pop my head in and ask a quick question.

Is there anywhere in the Dever / FC area where I might get a good deal on a couple of 50lb bags of base grain? I've called around to some of the LHBSs and their quoted prices seem a bit higher than what I am used to.

Thx in advance for any help / advice and I look forward to trolling around a bit and contributing where I can.

Hey Tony,

I know that we have been putting together a bulk grain buy with Colorado Malting Co. I have done 2 bulk buys (200lbs at a time) with them and could not be happier. I am not sure I am going to get in on this one but depending on the time I may. Just look down to the classified area for the group buys and a thread will be in there.
