Hello All,
I'm going to be building a fermentation chamber this weekend. I'm using a 4 cubic ft fridge. I'm going to build a box off of it to fit 3 carboys. I'm loosely going by these plans: http://www.lewybrewing.com/2011/07/son-of-fermenter-build.html. Any general tips on construction, gotchas, the like to share? I'll post pics of the buildout if anyone is interested.
