I was wondering what everyone thinks about this. I want to treat my water with sodium metabisulfate to remove chlorine and chloramines I'm making up 20 gallons and will use 1/2 a tablet in each 10 gallon vessel ill also be making this up tonight and won't pitch for around 12 hours or more, Will the campden effect the yeast and bugs in the lambic blend or is this a common practice and ill be fine ? Thanks !!
