I just finished force carbing my keg at 30psi for 36 hrs. Carb is good in the keg (honey ale) but, I'm getting air in the picnic tap line. This didn't happen with my last batch. I checked for leaks in the line and found none.
I bled the keg before setting the serving psi. The psi is at 9. This worked great last batch with minimal foam. This batch, I'm seeing the line nearly clear of beer and full or co2 or air. The tank is holding pressure and I'm not losing any co2...I'm at a loss.
Any suggestions?

Beer is likely overcarbed. I endured this issue occasionally my during my first few kegs. Leaks in the line will not introduce bubbles.

Turn off pressure. Shake the keg, purge the keg of pressure, then pour a beer to see if problem persists... repeat.
