I haven't checked the gravity yet - need more sanitizer - but I noticed last night that one of my ciders has small little bubbles. Doesn't seem to be much airlock activity if any (but haven't watched it like a hawk) but bubbles accumulating in the carboy neck.
I started this cider in Sept.
Racked once
It's still cloudy thanks to some under ripe apples I believe
pH-3.6
TASTES so great (fave so far)
It's sitting at 12C/53F - which hasn't changed (chance it could have been 51 for a short period with the cold snap)
Used wlp775
I did need to shift the carboy over a bit to make room for another.
Could it be malolactic fermentation or is it just co2 being released?
