Anyone know why I am getting bubbles in my malbec I made. It didn't seem to have them when I first bottled it on April of 2012. The taste is fine but it just has bubbles. Any ideas

Could be Malo lactic fermentation in the bottle.

Either MLF occurring if the wine didn't have sufficient sulfites, fermentation wasn't done, or the wine was not degassed before bottling. It has to be one of the three.
