Bubble gum wine

made some bubble gum wine today. It came out great! Smells and tastes like the bubble gum that used to come out of card packs as a kid!

I’ve always thought it would be fun to make a wine with jackfruit.

I've never tried jackfruit. Is it any good?

It smells like wrigley’s juicy fruit. There was an old wives tale that jackfruit extract was the secret ingredient but I’m not sure I believe.
if you live near an Asian market give it a shot. My kids love the stuff.

Buy a very ripe one. It tastes so sweet. Jackfruit is sold for two purposes - make a curry (raw) or eat like a fruit (ripe). I don't think it resemble bubblegum though.
