Grain Bill – Mash ~ 154* for at least an hour and sparge with whatever method you use.
• 9 lb Pilsner
• .5 lb Carapils (have used up to 1 pound)
• .4 lb Briess Blackprinz (huskless black malt)
Hops
• 1 oz Hallertauer (@ 60)
• 1 oz Tettnang (@ 60)
• .5 oz Hallertauer (@ 20)
• .5 oz Tettnang (@ 20)
• .5 oz Hallertauer (@ 10)
• .5 oz Hallertauer (@ 10)

@ 15 mins, add yeast nutrient, chiller, and irish moss

Yeast: 1 package US-05 or equivalent
Ferment for 2 - 3 weeks between 65 and 68
OG: 1.050 @ 78*
FG: 1.006 @ 68*
ABV: 6.1%
