Hi all!

Comments requested on our second brown ale. Our first was not bitter enough so I decided to up it a bit. I am not sure if the Fuggles additions are at the right time or not?

3 kg LME
.75kg 2-row
.5 kg Crystal 80
.25kg Victory
.25kg Chocolate
.25kg Carapils

12g Northern Brewer 60min
13g Northern Brewer 45min
28g Fuggles 15min
28g Fuggles 5min

Nottingham Dry yeast

60min mini-mash (about 68C)
1/2 LME at start of boil, 1/2 at end
12-13L boil

Thanks again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, no takers!!!!!!!!! That must mean that it is either good or really bad. I am sure that it'll be okay.

Got the ingredients but decided to use only 1/4 pound of Chocolate.

Let's put this baby to bed.

Looks good to me. I had a grain bill almost exactly what you have there, but the LHBS didn't have Victory, so I got Munich and I had to get CaraMunich instead of Cyrstal.

Good Luck!
