I am about to brew a batch. I was planning on doing BierMuncher's Aberdeen Brown, but don't have any corn. Any suggestions on a replacement? I have some demerara sugar, would that be reasoneable? or should i just omit it and make it up with some more MO??

I appreciate any input ... BTW I am planning on starting within an hour.
 
Corn starch. I use it instead of flaked corn and like the results better. Use it lb for lb and just get it at the grocers $1/lb
