Brooklyn Local 1 clone recipe????

Never brewed this one, but going off of what is posted on their website and what I've heard I can venture a pretty good guess.

OG: 1.070 FG: 1.003-005

85% Pilsner Malt
15% Demura Sugar

hops(totally guessing):
60 min - 23 IBU total of hallertaur, pearle, styrian
5 min - .2oz of each: hallertaur, pearle, styrian

The flavor will mostly come from the yeast. I believe they bottle condition with champagne yeast so you really can't re-culture it. Wyeast 1388 would probably be a good commercial one to use. Actually... this is sounding pretty tasty already, might add this to the brew schedule!

If anyone else has better insite on the hop schedule I'd love to hear it. I've never used Pearle so I haven't the faintest idea what its like.
