Not sure about how the grain bill or the hop schedule meshes

Recipe Type: Partial Mash
Yeast: San Diego Super Yeast
Yeast Starter: Yes
Batch Size (Gallons): 5.50
Original Gravity: 1.067
Final Gravity: 1.014
IBU: 69.1
ABV: 7.1%
Boiling Time (Minutes): 90
Color: 9.5
Primary Fermentation (# of Days & Temp): 21 at 66 degrees

My advice would be to maybe ditch the crystal malt and simplify the hop schedule.

Other than that it looks solid.
