So after numerous brews, I've accumulated a series of leftover malts, and was wondering if anybody had any ideas of what to do with it. Thoughts?

We've got:
7.5# pilsner
4.5# wheat
0.5# Melanoidin
0.5# Caramunich
0.5# Carafa II
0.5# Black Prinz
0.75# Midnight Wheat
0.75# Chocolate malt

Maybe something along the lines of a stout or porter, but with wheat?

Not a really popular style these days, but Black IPA comes to mind. Maybe not use *all* the roast malt, but i could see most of it going in. You've got a couple really really dark malts there. Wouldn't go overboard with the carafa and black prinz. Depending on the roast level of the chocolate that could be ok to go all in with.

Kitchen sink beers are fun.
