I have been home brewing for about 5 years and I am intrested in becoming a brewer as a career. Every brewery I look at the brewers have gone to school. But I am having problems locating a school in the Philadelphia area. Does anyone have any suggestions?

A search would be appropriate in this case. This topic may have been covered already, in say, the past 24 hours?

There are several in Germany that I know of besides Weihenstephan in Munich.

One is in the Spelt hop area southwest of Nurnberg. You pay about $750.00 for a week school that includes hotel and meals.

Amberg (east of Nurnberg) has a 1-day class.

I'm certain none are in English.
