The short answer of course in no, because you would need to exhaust so many cubic feet of air out of the room that brewing outdoors would make more sense.

Since we've covered the health/death risks, there are also codes that say propane bottles need to be so many feet away from a residence and certainly not inside.

In the house, no, just because that ain't real smart. I do it in the garage all the time, in winter with the door closed. No CO problems at all.
