Hey. Great to be a part of millennias old tradition. I started with plum wine. Then Brandy. I am working on getting some bourbon mash going, then on to beer.

Where in the PNW? I am north of Seattle on Whidbey, and we have a brew club in Burlington.
I do both beer and distilling and just bottled a nice blackberry wine and some blackberry brandy.
