I had a beer called Fraoch several years go, great beer. I found a Fraoch clone from AHS. It arrived today, excellent! I will brew it this weekend. There is a pound of loose heather tips hermetically sealed very nicely in 2 - 8oz bags. The tips are tiny. Should I put them into a nylon grain bag or just let them do their thing (bowm-chicka-wow-wow) in the primary fermenter? I want this to be a spectacular brew, the SWMBO loves beer and this was her choice several years ago.
