I'm new to this thread stuff, but I'll figure it out. I'm pretty sure I'm about to post this on "Introcuction", we'll see what happens. I joined in Feb, but never got around to this until now. So my girfriend meg and i have been brewing for a year, and we still haven't been able to convert to all grain yet, because of time with college and all. After our finals in a few weeks, we will finally be starting though. We pretty much know how it works, thanks to Charlie Papazian, and have begun to translate our best recipes into all grain.

There's a lot of good beer in this area, especially Brown's brew pub in Troy. Beer belly bob's in Waterford sells just about any brand of beer you can think also, even lambics. That's about it. Hello all.
