Brewing first AG

I am planning on brewing my first all grain porter this weekend but i noticed that the recipe calls for steeping specialty grains. What temperature is good steeping? The grains are chocolate malt, cara-pils, and black patent. Also how long should i steep

If this is all grain there is no need to steep, just mash them with the base grain.
