Brewing Classes

I am currently a senior and will graduate next spring (2012) with a B.S. in Human Nutrition. I'm trying to find a way into the brewing industry, more specifically, becuase I want to someday open a brewpub. I am a home brewer and have a decent understanding of the associated processes. My immediate focus is to gain necessary experience working at a brewery as well as acquire a more academic understanding of brewing. I am planning on moving to Colorado after graduation and am having a tough time finding brewing classes to take. I am open any places (in the US) and ideas to help me get started.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

if you don't move to colorado you can roll your own program with the empire state college. https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f19/ongoing-saga-my-brewing-degree-241969/ he has different goals for the degree, but you can adjust it as needed.
