I am brewing an American Pale Ale this weekend and I need some help with substituting for Centennial and Horizon.

The Hops I have are:
Cascade, Williamette, Mt Hood, Galena, Challenger, Columbus, and I also have EKG and Fuggles though those arent really applicable here I dont think.

Anyone have suggestions? I was thinking a Cascade/Williamette, Cascade/Mt Hood, or Cascade/Columbus combo.

The original recipe is:

OG: ~1.051
SRM: ~6
IBU: ~41

Grain Bill:
7# 2 row
2# Munich Malt
.5# Victory
.5# White Wheat

Hops:
1oz Horizon[12%AA] [60 min]
.50oz Cascade[5.5%AA] [10 min]
.50oz Centennial[10%AA] [10 min]
.50oz Cascade[5.5%AA] [0 min]
.50oz Centennial[10%AA] [0 min]

Thanks I am going to do just that...Columbus at 60 and Cascade at 10 and 0.
