Brewferm Diablo

Hi guys, I recently bought a brewferm Diablo kit. When I bought it the sales woman suggested I use candy sugar crystals so I bought a pack, however I have completely forgotten what she said. Am I suppose to use these instead of sugar or do I add a few in to supplement the sugar? Thanks in advance guys.

Normally candy sugar is added toward the end of the boil. You probably got a pound of it, usually it all goes in at the 10 minute mark or so.

Lots of ways to do it, that's just one. Call back and ask to be sure.
