i've been thinking about adding brewers gold to a simple lager in my 2 gallon mr beer fermenter. Anyone have a suggestion on how long and how much? thanks
I've enjoyed Brewers Gold in my pale ales. The black currant flavor is very pleasant. I'm not sure if that would work well with a lager, but it shouldn't be terrible.
Are you thinking about a dry hop addition or a late addition?
I have dry hopped pale ales with BG. I recommend caution with the quantity of dry hopping since the overall beer flavor could easily be overwhelmed by a big charge of hops.
