My name is Nick, I am from St. Paul, MN. I have been brewing on and off for about 15 years. The guys that I brew with and I are looking to build an electric single tier brewery which is how I stumbled upon this site. Our stand is almost done so now I am looking for information on the control panel and the HLT. Hopefully by the time the end of winter we'll be up and running.
