Thanks to everyone who stopped by. It was about 18.5oz of hops all told, the most I've ever used in a 5 gallon batch. I'm always one to drink my wort hydro samples, but this time, whew...it made my mouth all nasty and bitter, not a good thing. Came out at 1.070, with 250+ IBU's. When I add the corn sugar (which should be sometime in the middle of fermentation), it'll equal out to 1.087 total gravity. I'm probably going to dryhop and oak in the keg.
