Trying to come up with a design that would allow 3 kettles and a fermenter in the same space that a conventional rig would fit.
Here's a thought. I would have a 'roll a way section' for the 3rd kettle.
Roll out for brewing, roll in for storage.

Of course If I could get my head wrapped arround a 2 kettle rig,
I wouldn't need this.

That looks a pretty good approach, though I''m not sure why you would need a fermenter twice the capacity of your system? I guess you just want to make MORE beer!

What drawing software are you using?

It's not to scale. I just started playing around, and ended up there.
It's Rhino CAD software.
