Nice and compact brew rig, easy to set up and use and doesn't take up much room when not in use. Heat exchange coil doubles as wort cooler by flooding HLT with cold water. Hot water used for heat exchange coil is also used as sparge water. Quick releases on everything and the pump on the ground make transferring liquid very easy. I also have a hot water hose faucet on the outside of my house to speed up the initial heating process and it makes cleanup a breeze. I only make 5 gallon batches so this works perfect for me. I know I could have used larger kegs or kettles but wanted to make something unique.
Boiling Equipment: 7.75 gallon kegs, 4500w stainless foldover element in boil kettle and HLT, Auber Instrument PID and dual relay. 30 amp switches.
Wort Chillers: 40 foot copper coil for heat exchange and cooling.
Plumbing, Pumps and Hardware: All stainless quick disconnects, steelhead pump, Arbor Fab stainless brew filter.
Measuring, Testing,& Stirring Devices: Sight glass
